Within just two years, Beehouse1992 has sold over 500,000 bottles, becoming a no.1 selling product in the tea category.
Ahhaproject has been responsible for the entire branding of Beehouse1992, including product planning, packaging design, and advertising imagery.
We, Ahhaproject, collaborated with the Blended Honey Tea Lab, “Beehouse 1992,” to revive the tradition of honey tea in Korea and share our culture with the world. Moving beyond traditional honey teas that primarily emphasized sweetness, we crafted a range of distinctive flavors by blending natural ingredients such as rosemary, magnolia, rose vanilla, and wild lavender. This effort led to a remarkable achievement—selling over 500,000 units in Korea, a country once considered a tea wasteland. The brand also established its identity through its unique “dripping honey” signature design, leaving a lasting impression on customers.
From a design perspective, the packaging strongly emphasizes the identity of flowing honey while evoking the elegance of a fragrance bottle filled with delightful aromas. The container deviates from the traditional honey jar design, adopting a user-friendly shape that is easy to pour. The hand-tied paper wrapping over the cap reflects a sense of thoughtfulness and artisanal craftsmanship, further enhancing the product’s premium appeal.
Furthermore, the bottle, label sticker, and packaging are entirely free from plastic materials and vinyl coatings, making them fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.
